In 1979, I attended Maison de Paris Hair School in Haddonfield, New Jersey. At that time it was uncommon for Men, Women and Children to receive hair service at the same place. I expressed an interest to my teacher. My interest was to own my own hair business where all family members could be serviced. The teacher was enlightened with this idea. She asked me to draw a blueprint and suggested to me to name this particular shop something that would represent those prospective customers. I immediately said, "Leather, Lace and Lollipops Hair Shop."
